1/2 slab of charbroiled baby back ribs with a smoky chipotle
barbecue sauce. Served with chipotle mashed potatoes & jicama coleslaw.

One cheese enchilada, beef or chicken taco & a beef or chicken burrito topped with
green chile sauce. Served with black beans & rice.

SALMON A LA PARRILLA
Broiled salmon served over a dill caper sauce with vegetables & rice.

POLLO NARANJA
Grilled boneless chicken breast marinated in orange juice, chipotle peppers & garlic with
a touch of orange liqeuer. Topped with adobo sauce. Served with black beans & rice.
