Filete Jalapeño - Broiled twin tenderloin medallions of beef,
topped with Jalapeño Cream sauce, julienne peppers and onions. Served with potato
chimi and vegetables.
Yucatan Mahi - Mahi-Mahi marinated in achiote paste, garlic and
grapefruit juice. Served with potato chimi and vegetables.
Pollo Cilantro - A rolled boneless chicken breast with jack cheese,
red corn tortillas and fresh cilantro. Baked and sliced, topped with Jalapeño Cream
and Spicy Tomato sauces. Served with black beans and rice.
Chimichanga - Choice of beef or chicken chimi, topped with green chile,
pico de gallo, cheese, onion, guacamole and sour cream.
