dining away from your hotel, we can meet your needs regardless of how small or large they might be. We can easily
accommodate groups of 20 to 75 people. We can also provide a private dining room with patio for your larger parties.

Dinner Banquet Menus
Southwestern Faire
Filete Jalapeño - Broiled twin tenderloin medallions of beef,
topped with Jalapeño Cream sauce, julienne peppers and onions. Served with potato
chimi and vegetables.
Yucatan Mahi - Mahi-Mahi marinated in achiote paste, garlic and
grapefruit juice. Served with potato chimi and vegetables.
Pollo Cilantro - A rolled boneless chicken breast with jack cheese,
red corn tortillas and fresh cilantro. Baked and sliced, topped with Jalapeño Cream
and Spicy Tomato sauces. Served with black beans and rice.
Platos de Mexico
All served with rice and black beans.
Chimichanga - Choice of beef or chicken chimi, topped with green chile,
pico de gallo, cheese, onion, guacamole and sour cream.
Chile Rellenos - Your choice of fluffy or crispy rellenos with ranchera
or green chile sauce, green onions and tomatoes.
Fresh Fish Tacos - Grilled marinated fresh Mahi Mahi served in flour
tortillas with lettuce, pico de gallo and cheese.
Enchilada Especial - A trio of chicken, beef and cheese enchiladas.
Smothered in our special sauces and topped with melted cheese.
Tahquitz Tostada Salad - A chipotle flour tortilla shell layered with black
beans, mixed greens, cheese, fresh guacamole, pico de gallo and sour cream. Choice of grilled
chicken or asada style steak.

Lunch Banquet Menu
Enchilada Especial - A trio of chicken, steak and cheese enchiladas
smothered in our special sauces and topped with melted cheese. Served with black beans
and sweet corn cake.
Fish Tacos - Grilled marinated Mahi-Mahi served in flour tortillas
with lettuce, pico de gallo and cheese. Served with black beans and sweet corn cake.
Caesar Wrap - Crisp Romaine lettuce and marinated chicken tossed in a
cilantro pepita caesar dressing. Wrapped in a large chile flour tortilla. Served with fresh
fruit and sweet corn cake.
Tahquitz Tostada Salad - A chipotle flour tortilla shell layered with black
beans, mixed greens, cheese, fresh guacamole, pico de gallo and sour cream. Choice of grilled
